Sagora Senior Living announces new addition to Heritage Place Independent Living

Aug 19 2013

Heritage Place Assisted Living is a senior living campus being developed by Fort Worth based The Covenant Group, and will be operated by Sagora Senior Living. Heritage Place Independent Living is expanding its services to fill the needs of the Burleson area residents by adding an adjacent assisted living and memory care community. The expansion certainly has enough room to accommodate with the new assisted living and memory care community being nestled on over 50 acres of natural landscape and picturesque views. Adjacent to Hugely Hospital and I-35, Heritage Place is convenient to medical services, shopping, restaurants, and Fort Worth.

Heritage Place Assisted Living will offer advanced levels of care as well as memory care services to its residents. Included in the services, residents will enjoy restaurant-style dining, scheduled transportation to shopping and medical appointments, as well as recreational activities and social gatherings. 24-hour associates, apartment repair, maintenance, and utilities (except personal telephone) are all provided, which gives additional peace of mind for seniors and their families.

Heritage Place will accommodate 106 residents. Assisted living will have 82 apartments and memory care will have 24. There are various spacious floor plans available for the assisted living apartments and the choice between private and semi-private apartments for the memory care residents.

Heritage Place Assisted Living is located at 621 Old Highway 1187, Fort Worth, TX 76028 and is expected to open in the spring of 2014. Please call 830-624-5443 for additional information.

Research shows that maintaining an active lifestyle at an intensity appropriate for the individual participant benefits the mind, body and spirit and contributes to a higher quality of life.

Wellness promotion and customized exercise programs are central to the services Sagora Senior Living includes at its other communities and the same will be true of Heritage Place Assisted Living.

The parent company to Sagora Senior Living, The Covenant Group, currently owns and operates fourteen independent and assisted living communities in Texas, Oklahoma, Alabama and Florida. The growth of south Fort Worth makes the city attractive for a project like this.

“Our ‘Resident First’ philosophy ensures quality of care for our residents and their families,” says Dara Brown, Vice President of Sales and Marketing, “and the design itself offers the home-like environment with individualized services needed to care for our residents”.
